  • All products are custom-manufactured or printed based on the specifications provided by you. Please ensure all details are accurate before approving the final order.
  • We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, printing processes, or material limitations.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: Orders are confirmed only after payment is received in full and we have reviewed and approved the specifications provided.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout.
  • Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Custom Orders: Custom signage will be created based on the information and designs you approve. Once production begins, changes are not permitted, and payments are non-refundable.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: Shipping methods and timeframes are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Risk of Loss: Once your order is dispatched, risk of loss transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by third-party shipping providers.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

  • You are responsible for reviewing proofs, specifications, and final order details before production begins. We are not liable for errors in approved designs or specifications.

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, minor variations in colour, size, or materials may occur and do not constitute a defect or grounds for refund.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to provide necessary information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Perth, WA.
