Shipping Options and Costs
We offer two shipping options for orders within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: $20
- Express Shipping: $30
Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $600
Shipping costs for international orders or oversized items may vary. Contact us for a custom quote if applicable.
Shipping Commitment
We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly. Standard production and handling times are typically 3-5 business days, depending on the order's complexity. Shipping times commence once the order has been dispatched.
Estimated Domestic Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
All orders are dispatched from Perth, WA. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Packaging and Delivery
Your safety signage will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use protective materials to safeguard your order during transit. All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

International Shipping

To thank you for your support, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $600 within Australia. This discount is automatically applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other shipping discounts or promotions.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier:
- Pro Safety Signs is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or for damage incurred during transit.
- It is the client’s responsibility to follow up with the courier for delayed or undelivered parcels.
We will provide tracking details for every order and assist you in resolving any delivery issues with the carrier.
